13/08/10 Cypress River - Wawanesa

Since we left Winnipeg, each day seems worst than the previous one. This morning, when we wake up, I have rashes all over my face and on my feet. The sky is still dark all around us and rain keeps pouring. 

We finally go back on our bikes at around 2 pm. The rain has stopped but the west wind is rising. We cannot go faster than 12 km/h. We are also running out of food and there are no grocery store in the area. We reach Wawanesa at night and pitch our tent in a field. All night, we can hear the breath of many deers nosing around. Distance: 55 km
