01/08/10 Clearwater - Freeport

Today, the weather is bizarre. It keeps alternating between sun and rain so we have to put the raincoat on and off every 30 min. At St-Cloud, we stop at the grocery store and I realize that I have a flat tire. Later, we enter the Lake Wobegon Trail. It is a straight, no crack and wide trail like only Minnesota can provide. The trail passes through all those small villages between St-Cloud and Fergus Fall (see video)

We pitch the tent on the side of the trail passed Freeport. Distance: 70 km
